Our role is to execute strategic relationships that enable Facebook to add even more interesting technologies into our platform. Some examples include working with our largest advertising partners to implement applications on Facebook and others include optimizing existing relationships to make applications even better. Technical Partner Managers are the crucial link between Facebook and customers. Partner Managers implement the technical side of partnerships and ensure partner success. We work with some of the world’s largest and most exciting companies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical integration and launch of new customers
• Handle pre-sales technical questions with ease and evangelize platform features and opportunities
• Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner’s integration by providing the necessary documentation and technical guidance
• Assume technical reviews, evangelize new product features, and ensure prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
• Analyze and optimize the revenue flow of existing partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• 5+ years experience in technical project management, program management, or professional services
• 3+ years experience in Internet architecture and software development
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong experience with Web technologies
• Strong familiarity with Unix or Linux HTML, XML and scripting programming experience
• Broad understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, and other internet protocols
• Excellent written and oral business communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment
