FlowPlay is the creator of ourWorld.com, a casual MMO with over 100 games integrated into a virtual world. We’ve just begun a project to bring our platform to social networking environments and looking for a developer to lead the effort.

Even though we are in Seattle, this is a contract position and we will consider candidates from any location provided they have the right experience and skills. Remote work is fine.

Experience

You must have been a lead developer on at least two FaceBook or OpenSocial apps that have launched and had real usage. Not necessarily top 10 but above the bottom 20%. You will work with a team of developers who can handle the actual content of the app but we need someone who knows the ins and outs of programming social networking apps/APIs to maximize the viral loop.

Skills

JavaSript expert
Deep knowledge of Facebook and/or OpenSocial APIs
Some Flash experience helpful

Compensation

For the right person, we will pay market rate plus bonus compensation based on the success of the apps.
