Who are you?
You love social networks and are fascinated by how they work and how people use them.  You have managed a team of people to build an application from concept thru optimization.  You want to take your skills to the next level and work with a passionate team of people who are helping consumers form deeper relationships with their friends.  You also have a good understanding of monetization strategies for applications and are comfortable working with advertising clients big and small.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide a cross-functional, highly collaborative team in the refinement of a clear and compelling product vision which delivers value for our users
  • Collaborate across all relevant engineering, marketing, management, operations and other functional groups to define features and ensure they are implemented successfully.
  • Responsible for authoring functional requirements, developing project plans and schedules, managing tasks and teams, defining and testing usability, and identifying and resolving issues.
  • Manage a team of web producers and designers to create high-quality invitations and cards for our social applications Party On and Cool Cards
  • Develop product roadmap and feature requirements, transforming the product into an application with increased capabilities and usability.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of both end user requirements and functionality of our system. Act as a communication conduit for specifying requirements.

Requirements:

  • BS required. MS preferred
  • 5+ years program management experience
  • Social networking product experience in some capacity
  • Successful track record in working with business and technology teams to define, develop, test and launch new products.
  • Proven problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and generate creative solutions.
  • Experience leading teams with multiple discipline representation.
  • Solid experience with programming technologies. Must be able to understand technical designs and provide feedback.  Actual development experience in any technology a plus.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast moving environment, start-up experience preferred.
