Silp, Keek, Olympic Games City, Telly, MTV.com, more on this week’s emerging Facebook apps by MAU
Careers app Silp led our list of emerging Facebook applications by monthly active users this week with 1,539 percent gain.
We define emerging applications as those that ended with between 100,000 and 1 million MAU in the past week. This week’s top apps grew between 100,000 and 385,000 MAU, based on AppData, our data tracking service covering traffic growth for apps on Facebook.

Mobile video sharing app Keek came in at No. 2. No. 3 Olympic Games City is the the official social game of the London 2012 Olympic Games. Our sister site Inside Social Games reviewed the citybuilder earlier this week and gave it a “skip” rating.
No. 5 Telly, which appears to be a Pinterest-style site for saving and sharing video, has grown quickly in the past week. No. 6 MyLife.com pulls together all of users’ email messages and social network updates in one dashboard.
MTV.com, which integrated Facebook Open Graph sharing a few months ago, nearly doubled its MAU to reach No. 7.
Games and a few tab applications filled out the rest of our list.
