		<description>Pharma spends billions into making a medicine, goes through the clinical trials and waits for almost 10 years to get their drug approved. True that pharma does all this for money, but without their efforts a cancer curing or alzheimers curing drug is not going to come out in the market on its own. So now after spending billions, they will seek all methods to sell it to recover their money.</description>

		<description>Pharma has constantly shown that it will abuse any trust put in it by patients.  Recent surveys (http://patientscorner.posterous.com/) only confirm pharma&#039;s dwindling reputation in this regard.  The information deficit will not be met by pharma marketeers but by even stronger regulation restraining their spoofery combined with more active support from public health authorities working in partnership with empowered patient groups to get relevant information to patients when and where they need it.  It&#039;s so sad to see patients signed up to these biased (e.g UCB) information or disease awareness pages and is an indictment of the lack of quality information out there which pharma is only too willing to exploit to push its treatments.  FDA when are you going to stop being swayed by the lobby of Marketeers egged on by an army of Health2.0 consultants who would have us believe the propoganda that patients actually want an online relationship with their treatments in the name of more expensive facebook apps, fancier websites, higher health2.0 consulting fees and ultimately..higher drug prices.  Please start to take the patients views into account before enacting any new regulation.</description>
