		<description>Aren&#039;t notices really just moving from the chat tool bar to the left of the feed? Of the screen shots I have scene if a developer has managed to get the user to bookmark their app the notices will be....well quite noticeable. If they aren&#039;t bookmarked they would just appear within the application tab as another notice in which they would expand to see the message coming from that specific app.

Am I wrong here?</description>
