hi there, I am experiencing serious issues with loading applications, can you please advise if there are any problems. When I click on an application, it asks me to authorise the application again – but I already have and do use that particular application. For example, I can not load texas holdem, bejeweled blitz, lotto etc, i use these every day and am getting very frustrated.

The message error I am getting is below:
