I currently have had this choose audience for status feature for just over a fortnight or so but I think they should extend these choose audience options for every publisher items (even those done in applications)

Or for the Applications version have an extra option “Those with Application”

Everyone/friends is fine, but “custom settings” will load fb servers like hell, even if miniscule people use it. Maybe fb should reset publish settings to friends after every use…
