FarmVille is Already the 8th Most Popular Game on Facebook

Each month, it seems like there are a few surprises in store on the Facebook gaming charts. Back at the start of June, we saw a number of new titles appear within the Top 25. One in particular, Farm Town, debuted at #4 with nearly 8 million monthly active users. It just goes to show that even today, with Facebook’s viral channel allocation limits in place, new games can still become popular once word starts to spread.

Of course, distribution has always been an issue for new companies with no marketing budget, but Farm Town shows that things can still grow without a lot of initial spend. This month, Zynga is hot on the heels of Farm Town with its own new farming release, FarmVille…

i cannot get on farmville i have tried many times today if i cannot get on how can i play i will need to tell others that farmville is not worth the effort susan this is not fun

Zynga games lack in customer support ,their games are full of bugs that only get worse with every update . there have been major issues with the Street racing game for the better part of a year now that are not being dealt with . Players are getting frustrated and quitting the App . Yet Zynga keeps submitting press releases that they are one of the greatest gaming sites on the net . well take it from a player and a once paying customer that got screwed by them . They suck plain and simple . If your looking to play were there is no customer support and they just want your money and the forums are full of power crazy mods then they are the company for you .
