		<description>The two main reasons that really count:
1. Facebook is usually blocked in China
2. Native language -- users prefer an environment that is &quot;native&quot; with Chinese.
The users per population figure with Hong Kong is much higher than China or Taiwan as far as I know, mainly just also because these two points above do not apply there.
For Taiwan, for instance, no censorship but users there are not as comfortable on average with an English interface as those in HK.</description>
