		<description>Here is the biggest flaw in Mark Zuckerburg&#039;s argument. When Wall Street Journal sends email to thousands or millions of subscribers, that many copies are created of that email but it does not mean that WSJ just gave the ownership of the content to those subscribers. Copyright law always meant the fair right of the users to copy the content. Facebook&#039;s rights should be covered by existing copyright laws. Instead of changing the fine print in TOS, Facebook should respect and work within the laws of the land.</description>
