'Facebook’s Demographic Restrictions functionality to prevent access to alcohol related ads by anyone under 21.'

I question in markets where alcohol drinking is legal at over ages (typically 18 that markets includes the UK) will they be allowed turning 18 or if they just have to wait as not everyone is the same regardless of location.

any age restrictions do not just apply to alcohol and should be allocated next to the network or hometown in any database file with a number of age restricted guidelines typically Explosives (including fireworks and guns - some markets), Drugs, Solvents (glue), Tobacco, Alcohol, Sex and knifes however not all the types of restriction may be needed if a service or product is foul of international agreeably to censor (its not just US these-days)

The UK Entry could be:
United Kingdom 18 18 18 18 18 16 18 (the 16 for sexual consent and could censor dating)

I'm surprised it took them this long to push this. With the amount of regulations and restrictions out there these days.
