Blagovich may have a point when he says that he deserves the right to a fair trial. In all fairness the rule of law should be observed and there is always the presumption of innocence. Justice should be seen to equal and fair and transparent and any person accused of committing any offence should always be granted the right to defend himself by questioning his accusers and calling any witness that may corrobate his defence by rebutting accusations of guilt or any allegations of wrongdoing
Banks should be audited for the funds they have already received from the so called stimulus package to ensure that the funds are correctly utilised on income generating projects that will stimulate the economy.Alternatively the government should consider tax breaks for everyone including private and public owned companies from three months or more to jump start the economy.
