What the hell fb is pissing me off how are you supposed to let people see more about you with no freaking box tab its gone and there is no way to get it back what is the deal the only way i can get it back is to deactiveate my account and it come back until i refresh my profile and its gone agin any ideas

Hi,

we are new developers writing application on facebook. We are having hard time to show up our profile on boxes tab. The profile shows up fine on wall but when we tried to move it to boxes tab we don not see the hrml all it says is

No content to display.
This box will not be visible to people who view your profile until this application adds content to it.

Can anyone pleas elet us know the exact steps to write/create profile on boxes tab with some simple example.

What a load of poo!

OK, you can add up to 10 tab’s but only a limited amount of these can be displayed at any one time. It’s slow and generally makes everything harder to find, not easier.

If Facebook is going to go for the tabbed approach, then do it properly I would say. Give the user more control and more functionality. If it’s all about making things easier to find, then use an icon mouse over feature. User can hover their mouse over an icon, and the

Second thoughts this should be a landing page till a user is bothered to group there applications into tabs that they want.

i like this throw all ‘boxes’ application tab to be hidable when a user creates other tabs to put there application in

its not a user fault if application called ‘spam/ junk’ and the user does not want it displayed

currently Facebook allows you to hide application boxes therefore developers should deal with that if a user does not want there application it should not be forced onto a user (some applications are suited to be hidden e.g. vampires, paint me, zombies, warewolves, and some dating applications maybe embarressing

grr, i don’t get them. they were indicating this over 2 months back then they indicate the more favored ‘boxes’ that could group what we want (what i prefer) but i want this ‘boxes’ upto 10 so i can group the applications I want not throw every single one into 1 ‘boxes’ tab. this is going to be crowded if anyone has more then 10 applications and this also is moving away from the extended info application and other applications that could joint the About tab (if FB had gave permission and were hinting) – off to have a rant at them
