		<description>Could you please state what you as an organisation are doing to fix the issues with the blackberry facebook application instead of referring user to forums knowing full well that is no hope of finding a resolution there, I find this an extremely poor standard from someone who has produced a product and turn a deaf ear to the concerns of the users</description>
