More Facebook source code published
August 14th, 2007
Two days after publishing the Facebook home page source code, Facebook Secrets has published the source code for Facebook Search.
It must have taken some quick thinking and intentionality to enter the URLs of multiple Facebook pages to access and save the source code when this person was hitting the buggy server. Someone really wants to draw this out and piss Facebook off.

How interesting. Love the comment in the source (yes, that comment).
Are you sure that’s how they obtained the code, or are you speculating?

I believe they got the code because they either didn’t have php installed or didn’t have in configured on a live server, therefore apache just outputted the .php files rather then actually processing.
