Inside Facebook

I’ve updated the lists of Company and Regional networks on Facebook.

As of today there are almost 22,000 corporate social networks on Facebook (company networks were only launched six months ago), and over 274 regional networks in the United States, 17 in the UK, 24 in Canada, and 217 in countries around the world.

It remains to be seen whether Facebook can gain a foothold in corporate and international markets, or whether these networks have primarily been necessitated by college students graduating and moving on to next steps in life…
